Pumps Direct imports and distributes directly to the public a variety of water pumps and filters for domestic or other use.

All products are brand new and carry warranties.

The aim of our business is to sell at wholesale prices by dealing directly with the customers while keeping the lowest overheads. Our workshop carry the spare parts needed to give a prompt service or repair of purchased goods if any problems were to arise. When dealing with Pumps Direct you are dealing with a friendly, informative, personnel and supportive service.

We ask you please to make  your payment within 2 business days afterwards. When you make payment please use your name and the invoice number as reference to avoid any delays.
All prices are GST inclusive. GST invoices are automatically sent. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes.

Shipping:
We use fastway couriers for all shipping. fastway is a large, well-established and reliable national courrier company whose priority is to ensure that packages are delivered in the best possible time and condition. All packages are fully insured if lost or damaged. We aim to get the purchased goods out of the store within 24 hours of receiving payment or sooner if need be. NB Delays are to be expected week-ends and public holidays.
Picking-up of goods can be arranged.

Guarantees/Return Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is our aim. Our priority is to solve any problems that may arise in the quickest and most effective way possible.
We will replace or repair any item that is defective. Back to base warranty. Pumps Direct offers up to 2 years warranty on their products.
We will not refund if you simply change your mind
